Is that a joke?
He gets parole in the year 5217.
They dont even give that to Killers and Psychopaths. If I was the Judge Id give him 20 years, 35 years is as high as I go.

Haha, that's a slight bit much... Over here he'd get like... 10 years or something. 15 max.

Serves him right though.

Not over the top. It ensures that the sick f*** will never set foot outside prison walls again, no chance of early release, none of that stuff.

I just wish they would do this kind of sentencing more often.

Decriminalize or lessen drug laws - you shouldn't be doing prison time for possession, sorry. The current system is only creating crime universities, giving gangs a steady recruitment center, etc. Keep prison for those who seriously deserve it - violent offenders and those who really screw people over (ie conning them out of their life savings).

Oh i'm not saying that keeping him in prison for life is over the top. But really, if the guy outlives everyone currently inhabiting earth, he deserves a second chance. I'd give him a cool 500 years.

What are you talking about? In states with the death penalty they get much worse. Especially in Texas.

Guys who are child molesters don't fare well in prison. He'll probably get killed by someone who doesn't care for guys like this.

I'm going to hope you're stating that out of ignorance. Sexual deviants of this nature many times do not learn their lesson. Unfortunately I know of one who now harbors more hatred and ill will towards his victims than he did when he went in and unfortunately he is getting out before he dies (most likely) and he could be dangerous. Sentencing someone to 40 life terms - not sure what the point of that is - but he shouldn't get out.

I'm not asking anyone to cheat - just to make a "mistake".

Whats done is done. Thats my opinion anyway a life sentence is a far stretch to me. 40 years is fair but you dont know how easy killers get it in South America. A Killer In those countries can only get a maximum of 35 years in prison, and molesters get something like a year.

I guess you don't remember the girl who went hiking on New Years day with her lab, later to be found decapitated by a 68 yr old man, who also turned out to have three other victims. I don't think it was his first rodeo.

He deserves life in prison and no less.

These girls will never get their life back and that guy deserves to stay in prison and have his funny stick shrivel and fall off in jail.

Regardless, people don't play well with child molesters in jail so let see how long it takes for Bubba to make friends with this sicko.

Actually anyone that molest a child should have their thing sliced off, but that's just my opinion.

And 20-35 years. Are you kidding? What if it were your daughter or sister...I'm sure you would think differently. It's sad that we put more value on the life of a perverted man than we do young girls..it's no better than living in a society that publicly stones women to death for not accepting an arranged marriage.

Seriously..

They're just preparing for the future cause we all know they're gonna freeze folks with cryogenic science and just imprison them again hundreds of years later.
