I think you're mistaken in what the role of the Frag Dolls are. They're not professional gamers. They're not supposed to be the best female gamers, nor do they ever pretend as such.
What they are is a marketing team for Ubisoft, and they also happen to be pretty good gamers. Pretty good, meaning they can hold their own, but doesn't mean they're a Pro clan. This latest thing with IGN is a promotion. The very fact that you are on this board talking about Rainbow Six proves that it's working.
