It's basically a social network style site but built around a gaming theme. It tracks when you play a game, how much time you play it for & what achievements you earn. It can do it for PC games (if you download their client) and 360 games (if you enter your Gamertag).

It can also post when you're playing something or when you unlock an achievement to your Twitter/Facebook pages if you choose to set that up.
