I am having some graphic problems when I go to play the game.. I keep getting flashing on new game. load screen.. I have tried all I can think of..
I have a Asylum GF MX 4000 version 6.14
brand new card just got it yesterday
and I have DX9c installed on my comp..please help

I used to have the same problem with the game and I have the same card as you. First you need to download the new patch of the game you can get here:

then the patch add a option to adjust the anti-antialising in the configurations options in the game when you install the game you should go to beyond good and evil configutation and then choose advanced configuration then you will see the antialising function is in the the middle a option called a thing blur I moved the option one line to to the left of the blur and that helped me to correct that problem
(note: I don't know if that option called blur the same in the english version of the game because I have the spanish version you should check that)
