my sound effects are all messed up. the only thing that works is the music. like at the races, the announcer/crowd is out and the music works. the hoovercraft/beluga sounds dont work either. glitch? restart game/computer?

Im also experiencing a similar problem, but this occurs only after a while: there will be music and voices, but then they will suddenly cut out. Any ideas?
