I got my BYGAE CD delivered today, but as I wanted to install it, I got this message:

it says "The setup has detected that version 1.01.000" of Beyond Good&Evil is already installed. You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version".

I think this is because I installed the Demo game from the Ubi.com website (fileplanet?) and installed a patch for it. Indeed the title "Beyond Good and Evil" appears in my 'Software' section under the Windoze control panel, but if I click on 'Remove', nothing happens. This is probably because I already manually removed these folders.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me where I should delete or change what to get this working!?

I'm DYING to play this game and now this...

Yes! I searched the board and fount it! I Regedited all the Ubisoft (don't have other Ubisoft game) and Beyond Good and evil keys from the registry. Now it works!!
