Try running DXDIAG.exe - tweak back the Audio Acceleration.

Thanks for your Advice "thomasagile" But it did not work

the issue is that i tried this game on 2 another computers
1- got Audigy 2 ZS
2- got SB live Platinum

and both of them got the same sound problem
