and i have 1 more question, if i install BGAE on other computer and put my save before went to the door with 2 key holes and play from there on other computer, is this problem happen again ? Thanks

As far as I know using the save on a different computer will indeed cause the same bug again. On the above link you'll find an unofficial patch, but I don't think a lot of people actually used it since the alternative solution (repairing the savegame) already worked.

its says in here the key problem is happen more on patched version. i have patched version too. so if i uninstall my game and install it again (deleting the idx and save files too) and dont install its patch, is this happen again ?

and after this, installing the official patch is a good idea ? because i dont have SSE problem ( i check it ) is this patch repair another things ? is it worth to install ?

what is the reason of this problem ? like not installed drivers for screen card ?

It is less likely to happen on the unpatched version so it could still happen again. Installing the patch is not worth it if the game runs fine without it. The savegame repairer seems the more logical solution, it worked for me. I don't think a lot of people used the patch so I can't really comment on it. Judging from the notes on Rahly's website I do believe the unofficial patch is meant to be installed on the patched version.
