Hi, I'm having a problem with general sluggishness of game play. I found some other threads a similar issue, but couldn't find if a solution was ever posted so apologies if this is redundant.

The game runs but the video is very jerky especially during cut scenes where the video can lag 30 seconds or more behind the audio. During game play the frame rate is unacceptably low even will all graphic options (shadows, flare) turned off.

I'm running: 1.7 ghz CPU with 512 MB RAM. Windows 2000 and Geforce 2 (32 MB) video. DirecX9 and all service packs installed.

I don't have the latest video card drivers installed from my experience they they don't work as well with games as the version I am currently using.

Update your NVIdia video card drivers and make sure VSync is enabled in your video card settings.

I tried installing the latest driver and it actually got much worse, slower than before noticeably. And now an error saying "out of video memory" that never happened before causes the game to close suddenly.

This is actually what I expected. The newest drivers for nvidia (91.47) cause problems with my older card with many games which Is why I use an older version. (45.23) Altough I keep the newer divers around since it is usually the first thing people say to try when things aren't working like now.

Any other suggestions?

Hi I posted another thread without noticing this one. I'm having the exact same problems as you. However i could only get 91.36 drivers from there site.

Asus A8N SLI preimum

I'm thinking its the fact that i have a workstation card... and i may never be able to play it...

Try knocking your blur down at least one to two ticks. I have no idea why but i was getting horrible lag and sync issues and just knocking it down one point fixed it all and you can't even tell the difference in quality

I have anti-lag, my video starts before my audio
