Hi have been going crazy with this. someone attempted to ask for me here and no one replied to him on this board I hope that is not what happend with me.

I am stuck in Alpha Section UND Quarters .
Prior to asking for help I went to read the FAQ out on the game and they all pretty much same the same thing for this particular area in the game. I have gone to forums and asked questions and they all said pretty much what the FAQs were saying. No one has heard of a glitch here in the game however I seem to have one.
I then went back to previous save games and tried to come back to the point the same point to see if that would resolve it and it didn’t. I re-downloaded the game and then uninstalled and reinstalled it I made sure the folder was deleted before I installed the game. I then played it up to the same point and still the same problem remains. I then looked to call saw I could not and wrote you this is the third or fourth time I am writing. Everyone else giving me the same response and sending me to the same place. I bought this game as a digital download for you about 2 weeks ago. I love the game and would love to continue to play it. I am stuck and I need help,
I sent a several messages to support and JASON sent me here. He says I missed something. I can not imagine what i missed. I been following a FAQ. I need help so i can move on could someone please help me.
I am so tired, I just want to enjoy the game. I been playing POP in the mean time I never got to finish that game as well.

I would like to know what Jason is talking about and what I did not do. I would have like to known then i can go back and do it. I just feel like I was not helped there at all. I am not sure how all this works. but in other games when i spoke with suppor they at least pointed me in the right direction if not told me what i am doing worng. I am just very annoyed right now.

If anyone can help me I appreciate the help. I also like to point out i am not a gamer per say. I am a person who like to play games. it takes me hours but i will stick with it to get the story. SO I ty for your help in advance.

here is where i am stuck:

I was able to get past the frist two drop downs where the red beams are. I get the the one that is rotating and i even get past that one. I drop down before the two red beams come back, for i see nothing else left for me to do and then there is this other section that has four red beams. I walk along the wallk and get past that and then I am stuck. I try to drop down but i am not able to .
I am just stuck there. DID I go in the wrong direction or is there somethig else i am suppose to do. I would appreciate the help thanks so much.

i just like to add that some of this was writtien originlly for support who sent me here.
I still need assistance with what i missed in oder to get this right. Jason said i missed something in the game.

I don't remember what you're supposed to do there but I don't think it's a bug, try posting this on the General/Off-Topic discussion forum.

Support told me to come in here as well well the forum. Jason did. I just need someone to tell mewhat i missed.
Jason said i missed something. however I talked to one of the players on another board and she told me tha i have the key if i did not i woud not be able to get in the room (shed) to move the box to be in. SO I am wodering if Jason know what he is talking about.

I hope some one canhelp.
