i can't find my saved files of BGE were are they located or what are they under? please help!

In the directory into which you installed the game, the files:

sally.idx  (Index to saves)
slot0.sav  (Save #1)
slot1.sav  (Save #2)
slot2.sav  (Save #3)
slot3.sav  (Save #4)
slot4.sav  (Save #5)

For example:

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\sally.idx
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\slot0.sav
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\slot1.sav
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\slot2.sav
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\slot3.sav
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil\slot4.sav
