hey, first time trying to play BG&E and i can't even start it...

Problem i click BG&E.exe to run it. it flashs black once. then comes up with an error report.

Have you tried running 'Settingsapplication.exe' first by itself? It's in the same folder as BG&E.exe. You may simply need to select the proper resolution and refresh rate to get the game playing happy (I know on my brothers system it crashed when he was trying to run it, turned out the settingsconfig app was trying to use a refresh rate that wasn't supported...62hz I think, when his monitor is running at 85hz with a refresh lock enabled).

Anyway, run that first, make sure everything's OK (check that the sound settings are all good too), and see how you go!

yeh i did try that. the settings are set to 60hz refresh rate. and 1280 by 1024 pixels.

which is the settings my pc is set to...
i chcke'd all the other application settings there all correct and accurate...

i got no idea. whats wrong :S
any idea's?

there all check'd
the only one that isn't is
"W Bufffer"

is there anything there i should change at all?
