I made a incorrect choice on my video settings (too high refresh rates) and i cant figure out how to change them again. Help! I purchased the game over steam

Since I can't buy the game from Steam where I live, I don't know exactly what changed for that version. From what I know the separate program to change the registry settings should be located here: Steam\steamapps\common\beyond good and evil\SettingsApplication.exe.
