I got to the part where you pick up pearl#52 (when you go to the slaughter houses and just before arriving to the central hall), a screen after you see the bubbling creature (TIMOREA SAPONIFERA).

So. There you need to fight 3 guardians and one of them drops a key. You give that key to double-H and you open the door with the two lockings. Next to the door with those lockings there is a m-disc reader, so i saved there.
I hve two problems:

1) I couldn't take a photo of the blubbling thing so, when i want to return, everytime i pass through a door, the game closes and returns to desktop.. there is no way to go back there. I thought i could finish the level and then re-enter that part.. but:
2) I need the key. So I fight the guardians and defeat them. One the last one explodes, the key appears. But it appears out of the screen! It is showed to me but it is "floating" somewhere between a couple of polygons, like when you see through walls. So, I can't get the key, can't open the door or go backwards, i'm stucked!

Help please!

You encountered the 'Dreaded Triangle Key Bug'

You can find the save editor here to edit the save file so that you will have two keys.
It will hopefully work then.

I had given up on this game & was about to trash it for this very reason. I was like sooo..."wtf? Where is this vent the keys is in and why does the game crash when walk in a particulary area of the room". *spoiler* As for the bubbly animal, it is simply a point of pulling out the camera (which scares it), and then using the disc to scare it out of hiding for you to take a photo (repeat if necessary).

May I recommend renaming this topic to "Triangle Key Crash" for those unfortunate who have not discovered this topic? I know I could have used this long ago
