I bought the jump Kit (don't know it's name) at the Mammago Garage at this time Double H was still with me. I saved the Game and exited. When I loaded the save again later, he was not there anymore. I tried to continue the game but I got stuck soon.

I use the Pc version and have Patch 1.01 applied.

I tried rahly's BGAEFix.exe but I get an error message saying sometihng like it found an unknown command in the file.

Ubisoft HAS to release another Patch soon with all these bugs in the current version.
