ac97 sniff (don`t have time to change)
and so on....

Game is running properly but runs extremly slow i don`t know why even far cry don`t do such things i`ve run out of ideas anyone can help?

Be sure to have Antialiasing and Ansiotopic filtering turned to Application preferance in your ATI properties. The game runs HORRIBLY with AA turned on...no matter how good your card is (I have a Radeon 9800 Pro with a Athlon64 3000+ and it runs bad for me too).
As soon as I turned off AA/AF...it ran smoooth as butter at 1280x1024
