I've tried pretty much every solution found on this forum to no avail. (Dual core fixes, full processor program thing, always on power setting, using only 1 core, forcing v-sync).

Did you try the AMD Dual Core Optimizer as well? In any case I'd upgrade your video card drivers.

You didn't really say what your problem is, but if it's the same problem I'm having, the video goes too fast for the sound. If anybody knows anything about that, I'd sure like to know. I can't even play the game and its annoying as crap.

video either goes too fast or too slow, depending on the fix im trying. Without anything done it goes too slow, if I set my power setting to always on it goes too fast.
I did try the optimizer and I have the newest driver I can find for my mobile card. (using laptopvideo2go.com)

I think I managed to mostly fix the problem, surprisingly by uninstalling the dual core optimizer. The game plays fine now without lagging and cutscenes only starts to become noticeable out of sync after a while.

I'm going to give the dual core optimizer a try. Does anyone have a link to one, or shall I just google it?

I think theres a few links in other threads, or you can just find it on amd's website.

Btw, note that it didnt work for me, but quite the opposite.
