I purchased the game through steam as soon as i load the game the screen looks as though its in window mode and it flashes on and off as if you've it alt tab to many times the game runs fine though. although i get a big performance hit when i go on the water. I just feel as if im going to have an epileptic seizure because of the flashing on and off. Ive tried messing around with the manual compatibility mode turning settings on and off, and updated my drivers nothing seems to help. help please...
