Just bought this game recently from Walmart (87 cents!!). Anyways I tried playing this game at 1280x1024 with AA turned on all the way. When I proceeded to play it gives me a message that says this configuration is not supported.
I either have to turn off AA and use blur or turn the resolution down to 1024x768. Is there a fix to this? I really want to play it at full settings. Thanks --------------- Intel P4 3.0GHZ 2GB (4x512MB) kingston pc3200 Radeon x850xt 256MB SoundBlaster Live Xgamer |

Sounds very odd as my friends laptop is running it 1280X1024 Motion blur (Maxed), max mini-mapping on and everything maxed out except AA which cannot be turned on.

This is a strange problem. I'm curious to know exactly what type of AA mode is used in BGE. The blur that it uses is just nonsense, but the AA does a very nice job (it's at least using 4x multisampling). I'll see how my Geforce 6800 handles higher res with AA and post again if I figure anything out.

Try copying and pasting in your DXDIAG.
Run>DXDIAG>Save all information>Find that and paste its contents in here. |

Just to clarify, I can run 1280x1024 with blur but not AA.
Only 1024x786 works with AA. Thanks for responding, |
