Very disappointing tech help from Ubisoft phone support. Game manual is awful with no clear directions as to setting up game. It is a trial and error endeavor at best! Sorry I gave them business but never again. Their support advice is to go find your answers on the "WEB"! Big Joke! Try and you'll find little. Do not buy this title unless you want to make a career out of finding out how to make it work right!

We are the minority, though, and we're exaggerating how "bad" this game really is. It's a perfectly good game, and Ubisoft have every right to do as they wish. It's their company. 1 million customers bought the game. Obviously, they're all happy. It's just the handful of CHILDREN on this forum who whine and whine and whine about not having their hands held by posting criticism. Let's be adults, like I'm a prime example of, ok? Let's at least have a rational way of dealing with reality as I do.

I've been playing video games since my NES days. Literally, I may have played 1000s of video games.

It is NOT an exaggeration to say that Hawx has more, and more annoying, bugs than literally every other game I've ever played.

I tried to be positive about Hawx. Landon was the one, probably the only one, who started a thread here for people trying to find the positive aspects of the game.

But I still get frustrated nearly every time I put Hawx in. I know this is all old as crap, but every time I play, I learn something new about the game that is unfinished/incorrect/just plain lame.

By the way MC, I wasn't gonna be a d1ck about your eventual comment about my remarks, and I still won't. Let me help you out though with understanding Adnihilis' remarks....

Saying "that you've ever played" is not the same as "worst game ever" either. I don't even buy the "that you've ever played" qualification either, assuming that you were honest about playing "1000's" of games.

You should have tried harder...

I haven't read the ignored troll's remarks (except when quoted (and even then often not)) since he called me a nazi for pointing out his juvenile exaggerations...that's the purpose of ignore.

While you're deciding whether or not you're going to continue playing "the worst game ever" a few other questions have come to mind...

1) Are you going to stop playing HAWX? (still waiting on this one)

2) What level did you make it to?

3) How many hours do you estimate that you played HAWX?

4) Just how many "1000's" of games *have* you played?


*IF* you even answer, that may lead to a few more questions but I am certainly curious...

True, I have not played *every* video game *ever made*. So no, I cannot say Hawx is the worst game ever made. But I do FULLY believe that if I could play every game ever, my opinion wouldn't change much.

Take a statistics class. I've played enough games to have an excellent sample of what a *completed and ready to be sold* good video game is. I know, we all do, what standards video games have set for themselves over the past few decades.

Are you just the dude whose happy with fat chicks? I mean, since you seem to have a 'take what you can get' mentality. You just go on keep enjoying Hawx, and the rest of us will go find ourselves some hot girls (good games).

Hawx needs lovin too.

In my drinking and partying prime, I used to feel bad for people because my life was so super amazingly fun that I felt bad people were missing out, even if they didn't know it.

Letting Hawx slide makes it look like you just don't know what you are missing out on with other flight action games, video games.

I love definitions!! But I got chastised for posting mine. I'll state, for the record, sarcastically, that I'm never playing HAWX again, 3 days a week until something better comes along and that I'm utterly impressed with all the updates Ubisoft has provided.

1. I only play through one to two video games at a time. Generally it is RPGs. I use flight action games as my back up between RPGs. Hawx was my main game since there isn't much else on the PS3 yet. Will I stop playing Hawx? I will never stop playing any of my games. But I will say this, right now I don't have a main game I'm playing through. So my choices of games, in this order are: Nothing, then Hawx. It will never be my main game ever again, and that is not because it is a flight actioner, because AC4 was my main game a number of times for months in a row even after everything was done. It is fun.

2. I'm about half way through level 38.

3. Hours played is difficult. Hmm, maybe 2-4 hours a night for the first month or so. Then 2-4 a week, after missions and challenges were all done and the only thing left was grinding up to level 40 with TDM over and over and over and over and over and over again.

4. NES, SNES, PS1, PS2, PS3, I probably have over 300 games combined. I've rented a ton too when I was a kid. The numbers are just too large to even give a ball park estimate. Let's just say I've played enough games to know what is an excepted level of bugs. I'd assume most people who are dedicated to gaming enough to join a forum have this understanding, even you maybe.

I love me, so I'll never be ashamed to answer any question you have. It's a circle I think I'm amazing, and I act amazing so I'm alllowed to think it.
