i have played most other ubi games that have vip program, what this means is if you have a ubi account or not , you go to the extras section of the game ( hawx demo has it but not active , just viewable) and it should come up in the next screen which is usualy blue with the ubi logo on it , if you have a ubi account , you can download the vip stuff , if not .. you can creat a ubi account there
