Don't get me wrong. I enjoy the core game engine and gameplay, but everything else that is built around it is a catastrophic epic failure.

I'm still around to remind Ubisoft Romania that they did a really terrible job with the game and with support.

Epic failure is a *player* claiming that a game is "officially" dead, because he's disgruntled, when there are over a million people that enjoy the game.

What, exactly, IS your "official" problem with Romania? I've seen a number of your posts where you badmouth Romania...

Romanians apparently don't know good game design, they decide to port a console game directly to PC and not add vital features that are essential to a PC games success and survival.

They released a beta version of the game

No Dedicated servers

Unable to add clan tags

Only 8 players

Not enough multiplayer game modes

Craptacular customer service

The game is dead, there is no support for this game outside of these forums. The clans that do exist don't even much compete anymore(if ever), and a lot of players don't even use Ubisofts online service because it sucks so hardcore, have you not noticed the tunngle and hamachi threads?

Perhaps you have a thing for game companies that offer a half finished product, if that's the case I feel very sorry for you.

What does any of your whine-a-thon have to do with them being Romanian?

It really isnt fair to leave us in the dark.
That was the originial point of this thread.
It's so sad too, this game has so much potential, and it's almost as if they are too lazy to add to it.

"Oh well, we made a profit, might as well pack it in and try to rip some more people off with a different product"

Life isn't fair but it's still their game to develop as they see fit and ubisoft is the only one that can say anything "officially" about their game. I could say (if I wanted to make up stuff like others do) that "officially" the game isn't dead but I'm not with ubisoft either so it's pointless...like whining about wanted features is pointless.

they just never let the game's engine reached it's full capabilities. there's just so much more this engine can do.

When I say a game is dead it's because the gaming community is not really supporting it especially in terms of competition gaming (i.e. ladders and scheduled events)

That's what I consider a dead game. There's nothing for this game to expand on and the developers and even forum moderators don't even give a crap anymore.

Not every game and not every player is interested in ladders and clans. Again, not "officially" dead just because you think it is.

No, you can troll and call me a fanboy but I've only bought about 4 or 5 ubisoft games. You're just mad because I'm not a child who whines about nothing and if you think your weak attempt to insult my piloting skills means anything, you should think again...
