Most likely posted elsewhere but not here, I would say the biggest problems with the game are the occasional freeze and achievements not unlocking when you play co-op, both have affected me and numerous other people

I am very happy with the game.

The only issues I have at the moment is when the start screen freezes my X box.

Also I would like to see more mutliplayer modes. I feel TDM doesnt allow for all the types of planes to be used e.g bombers. I would like ot see different objectives (e.g destroy the emeny airfield or protect a cargo plane, similar to the missions)so the teams can use more tatics and make full use of the equipment avialible.

Apart from that very happy so far. Good game guys Smile

the vs matches does not work. the game starts i fire one missile and im disconnected from server. sometimes i cant even get into the vs match without it disconnecting. also on the press start screen at the beginning before you select storage device i press start and 50% of the time my xbox freezes and i have to reset by turning off/on. real good game otherwise

While I havent played mp yet, the sp has been solid. I havent had any issues like anyone else, all planes seem to be unlocking, all challenges completing. I really had reserves about this game with the ***.. Off mode, and I didnt want to play like that, but after forcing myself(knowing it would be easier and my flying would be better w/) I flew with it for a about 4 hours yesterday, before my wife finally kicked me off. I thoroughly enjoyed the game, and everything about it. I havent played any flight game since freaking Top Gun for nes, and I jumped into this one on the hard setting, with high hopes of finishing it, and going back at it on Elite. I wish there were more people online, I only saw roughly 8-10 games going on during the day. When i get on, I guess it doesnt matter as long as there is one good game.

1. Had to load the game to HD so it didn't freeze at the select storage device screen.
2. got an acheivement in the game but it did not register on xbox acheivemnt list..specifically the Mach2 for 1 hour acheivement.
3. would like ot be able to view hanger with out going into game mode.

Hey,

As said by everyone else I really like the game, top work! Loving the single player missions, the leveling up system and challanges are great.

However you did invite suggestions so...
Firstly some things i would like to see added:
- More multiplyer modes
- Option to 'replay' the single player campaign rather than just individual missions
- A 'sandbox' mode, similar to free flight but with the option to add enemies or friendly aircraft to the area, maybe on the fly
- More challanges? I'm working through them quite nicely but am nowhere near level 40 (more more SP ones would be great.

And a few fixes:
- Multiplayer: Auto-team balance is very hit and miss, infact i'm yet to see it work
- Multiplayer: If the host quits it would be nice for the game to select a new host, not kick everyone out
- Muiltiplayer: There doesn't seem to be any feedback when you ask for an assault/defence from teammates - there is no indication that the request was sent
- Some of the recommended planes seem a little 'off'. For example the mission 'typhoon' in tokyo suggested a ground superiority craft and except for the naval units at the end it was mostly aerial combat.

Not complaints as such, just some constuctive ideas.

when playing3 player co-op all players on hard. Playing in the nevada desert, the 3 of us split up and took each column on enemies and demolished them without problem. We then proceeded to attack the "Nuke Site" by flying into the yellow circle surrounding it. After taking out all instalations the game then promted that the bombers were on thier way to clear AA (which we mrudered minutes before). At this point the allied armies never advanced. The timer ran out and the mission failed. After restarting mission we waited for "bombers" to prompt then we attacked and mission passed. We flew in circles for 1 1/2 minutes time.

The game is fantastic, i love the planes, love the look and feel of the game. Love how it ties in the Ghosts. All round i give it 9/10

I do have some problems that i have encountered though. While playing co-op on xbox live:
1.Missiles dont destroy enemy tragets - they lock on and follow the target but dissappear right before impact

2. Enemies seem to be under the floor of the map. One enemy was reading 12,500 under the floor when i was flying at an altitude of 100m

3. Some epic respawn times occur. Ive had to wait at least an minute and half to get to the respawn screen where it counts down before.

Hopefully these can be fixed with a patch.

Everything else about the game is ACE - PS kudos for the Blavkbird and the Harrier! woop woop =)

1) PLEASE make it so that when you change your callsign, it doesn't reset your stats and progress. Make it the stats attached to the GT instead of the Callsign.

2) The single player is fantastically fun. If only the game was more difficult. I played through on Elite the first time and finished it in two nights. I know AI changes at this point is a tall request, but maybe a few tweaks would be nice.

3) For this game to survive, we really need a multiplayer system revamp. Create standarized playlist lobbies a la Halo 3 or CoD. When you join that lobby, you know what you're getting into. As of now, you have no idea what type of game you're getting into unless you create a custom match yourself.

For example:

Lobby 1: Ranked (Disconnect penalties, strict rulesets, etc)

Lobby 2: Social (Regular TDM with a few game variants such as gun battle, realism, etc.)

Lobby 3: Custom (People can create their own gametypes).

4) Make partying a reality! What is the point of having a squadron/team/clan if you can't really play with them? I know you can try to join the same game or host one in Player Match (though this is difficult with more than two people). Make this a reality in ranked.

5) Create penalties for leaving MP games! As of now, there is no reason not to d/c whenever you want even in a ranked game.

This is a game gleaming with potential and the fact that you guys are asking for our input shows me that you guys aren't going to leave us iced with an incomplete multiplayer. Kudos!

The game froze once at the the end of a TDM game. It just sat there while it transferred back to the lobby but nothing happened.

Xbox froze once at the loading screen of my first TDM game. I couldn't open the dashboard menu and nothing would respond to the still screen so i had to turn the Xbox off and then back on again.

When ever you back out of the menu where you can change your call sign or unlock a new plane; it resets me to all the cutscenes that play at the start of the screen. It's really annoying that the game reloads even if i haven't changed anything. I have to spend the time skipping the cutscenes and reloading my HDD data when it should just bring me back to the previous game menu.

It takes very long to cycle through the planes in the hangar since every plane must load it's 3d image and you have 53 planes in a linear list. Can you make an easier list? Or a way to sort through them all? Say i just wanted to narrow the plane i wanted to take by only Bombers, or by which could take a certain missile or only Vietnam era planes. I would be presented a smaller sub list which would be easier to choose.

Can we have the option to have the HUD camera overlaid over the Cockpit Camera? When your in cockpit view you want the option to toggle on all the information of the HUD while having the aesthetics of the cockpit itself. I don't want the HUD on the physical HUD, but overlaid on top of the cockpit almost like it was a mounted helmet HUD. Can we have the option to combine the two?

The camera zoom in 3rd person is too close. When you try to see an enemy below or above the plane, your jet takes up far too much space on the screen. Is there any way we could have the option to zoom out a little?

Sometimes the 3rd person view will leave the plane at a slight off center camera angle to the right. It reorients itself when i move the sight change stick a bit. Not much of a problem, but a bit annoying when you want to have it directly at the back of the plane.

All the information you get in the camera view with the map, the preview of your enemy, how many kills your team mates have gotten, the control input suggestions, the video of your commander talking and the banner at the top; All of these crowd out a lot of the screen and are all opaque. It would be nice to have the option to have those things a little more out of the way, or else to have them more see through. The map, especially when it's zoomed in covers up your plane. In Assistance Off, the camera will often put the plane behind the map so that you can't see it and you lose the orientation of knowing if your plane is right side up, or upside down.


ASSISTANCE ON:
While i like the Assistance Off feature and view, i despise the fact that you can't stall or even go slow in 3rd person/cockpit; in fact it's either half throttle or full afterburner. This leaves a poor turning radius excluding the fact that you can barely turn to a half of the planes full potential, often driving you into the ground even though your skilled enough to pull up in time.

I agree that you have the creative right to make a game however you please, and that the game play might be designed around the Assistance feature. But it disappointments me that you Gave us such nice cockpit and plane models, and yet ruined the maneuverability i get in the traditional view, in favor of a view that is fun but doesn't give me the thrill of seeing my plane or cockpit.

You have 53 planes and stunning graphics and maps. These should more than blow away the competition, but as it stands those features only make up for the fact that your being restricted in views and maneuverability. Hawx has a lot of potential that seems to have been squandered in the Assistance feature.

PLEASE, just give us the OPTION of letting the plane have regular maneuverability and full throttle control so i can stall and make slow bombing runs, as well as turn decently.

-The option to remove Radar guided missiles from a Team Death Match. Someone will fly high up out of range and spam you. You can't dodge them and it is so annoying.

Hi,

The main issue I have encountered is a clipping in the sound at the beginning of each audio/video message during missions. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is just my version. This didn't happen in the demo, so I'm wondering if it just my disc. Also, one of the mission achievements did not unlock. Apart from that I'm enjoying it! Smile
