I'm very excited. I'll have to meet up with him again so he can show me the color palettes he's looking for, then it's on to business. Yay!

Also, after seeing him work, I'm seriously considering purchasing a laser printer/ scanner and doing the actual penciling by hand, and inks and colors on the computer, rather than doing the entire thing on the computer. Because my strongpoints are definitely inks and colors, but I need a lot more improvement on the actual drawing part, like the anatomy, pose, etc. I feel like I do much better with sketches on paper than on the computer, so that will help me a lot.

Well, I have been saving up as much money as possible over the past couple months, trying not to spend any of it, and I'm glad I did that, because in preparation for my comic, I've spent about $400 in a two week period for my art supplies alone. That's insane. LOL! Safe to say, development will begin very soon.

Wow that 2nd character really does look amazing!!! I agree that the attention to detail on the gun is superb! Great job.

Comic production has officially started with page one. Got some roughdrafts and colored some of it. I told myself I wouldn't do this, but I can't help it. Here's a peek:

Anyways, I'l probably be done with the first page tomorrow if I keep at it. I've been procrastinating on it a bit today. Got it to look how I wanted, then ruined it, then fixed it again. Now I'm happy again, but still have two more panels to finish, then page 1 will be complete.

I'd probably be smart for me to get more of the script done, too. At this point, I have the main concept and characters, but I need to put it together now. I just know how it's going t start, I need to figure out what to do from there before this comic goes live.

I know how you feel, you don't even have a solid script but your so excited that you just want to start animating now! Had the same problem making flash movies lol.

Can't wait though. Hopefully ill be able to buy the "Collector's Edition" with the comic and get a free T-shirt of all the characters and a "how to not suck as much" DVD on how in God's name you do what you do

Been trying super hard to achieve the inFamous style art, and this is the result from practicing:



Definitely has a very similar look to inFamous, but still a lot different as well, has my own personal touch. This is another character I made up, and I know, she looks similar to me, I did that on purpose, I can't help myself. Gave her different coloring and hairstyle, though.

I'm excited about this style, it was soooo fun to do.
