the online setup for double agent maked no sence

on pandora tomorrow there was a ranking system,
suposably theres a (0) behind everyones name its the rank?, but its not even setup, nor is there a ranking system its usless.
not to mention the news bullet its the same thing for the past two years.

clearly there wasnt enough time spent on d.a or they jsut dont even bother with it.
