i just signed into double agent and chaos theory and they both say couldnt connect to database please try later do you think there shutting the server down or are they doing repairs??

Ubi servers go down from time to time and then go back up.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if the DA servers were shut down, but I would expect the CT ones to remain for a while.

It should be back up now
