Why could we not be Splinter Cell's ourselves? we would only be the "Black Ops informers" in our society. We infiltrate gain trust and then destroy. Not by killing but by telling. Think about how good at Splinter Cell you are and if we could all band together and form a cell and when someone gets caught by us we claim credit. We call ourselves....Splinter Cell
Here’s what I meant to state. Why could we not start a Splinter Cell? We uncover drug cells and then hand them over to the police. We do not use lethal force unless we feel our own lives are in danger. We remain a secret and when some drug ring gets busted Splinter Cell gets the credit. Those that want to join can if they prove loyalty. No one person knows everyone in the Cell. There will be no list kept of members. Our primary goal is to help do the right thing for America not the wrong thing. I’m sure a lot of you get tired of hearing in the newspaper a drug related death or someone abused and killed because that one person on drugs did it. I want to take a stand again the drug world. We would be in a better position as a nation if there were less drug dealers and rings in America. Why are people afraid to speak out when they see someone doing drugs? The only reason why I can think of being afraid of a drug person is because while they are taking the drug they have a loaded gun pointed at your head. If they don’t then there is no reason to be afraid. I was thinking if there are people that want to make the world a better place and view it as doing the right thing why could we not use the 5th freedom to our advantage? The 5th state’s that you have the right to assassinate, spy, and steal in order to protect America and her interests. “It is only wrong if it innocent” (Please do not be alarmed, just reply back) this will not go into action. I’m just hypothesizing “what if” on this.

I know plenty of people who do recreational drugs, and I've never seen them hurt anyone else while they were intoxicated. But when they're drunk, that's a whole different story.
If you want to protect the community and make them feel a bit safer, just join the police force.
One question, CIA_cell: How old are you? We are not living in the Dark Age. There are laws, nowadays. You wouldn`t be nothing but a freak who gets himself killed or into jail.

Sorry. I got bored and I got to thinking about splinter ccell and if the 5th could apply to the real world. I thought it could if we went NON leathal and just infiltrated and gathered information on the drugs and where they were coming from adn were let the police know and they deal with it.
