well i woke up got my candy and $50 gift card to best buy and was all happy. and what better way to celebrate zombie jesus day than to shoot ppl up in call of duty 4! so i turn it on and it looks like the easter bunny left a suprise in it for me!
TA DA! just got it back 3 days ago 2! WTF! this pisses me off. can microsoft just please give me a console that doesn't own me every time! 5th time sending it in! WTF!
edit: wow microsoft was absolutely amazing to me on this call. they had me talk to the supervisor for about 30 min just making sure everything was cool. he said there would be overnight shipping, i would be called personally by him and he would tell me how the repair status would go. and i would get a free game! w00t! so lets just see how this goes,once i get my 360 (and free game) in my hand will i be happy.

Ok, this happens to the same people, getting RROD after RROD, personally I dont think its the luck of the draw all the time, just curious though Stealth, do you have it plugged into a surge protector or is it straight into the wall from the power brick?

You do relize that the 360 has its own built in surge protector right? I would do straight into the wall from now on just to be safe (not saying thats the problem), thats the way mine is, Manufactured in Jan 06, hasnt died on me yet.

Aw, that sucks! Despite all the issues, though, I wouldn’t trade a 360 for anything...
