As the project's founder, I am amazed to see how far it has come. Almost a year ago, I could have never imagined the entire team sticking to their work and producing something so amazing.

As the lead visual effects artist I was responsible for making the shaders for the vision modes. It has been some of the most fun, challenging, and rewarding work I have done in a while.

I am extremely pleased with the progress of this project. We have some very talented programmers, mappers, prop artists, character artists, and 2d designers that know how to produce excellent results in the Unreal Engine.

I have no doubt that we will exceed the standards of quality and stability in online gameplay that we originally planned for this project.

So I have your life-time guarantee that the Motiontracking vision's two overpowering issues (sees spy even when they are still; box goes outside screen to show movement behind you) will be fixed?

An upcoming novel by me.
Thanks Melonie for the sig!

Yes, on both counts.

Spies become invisible when standing still in Motion tracking and then distort like camo when they move faster. When the spy is in full sprint, his body is hilighted in pure white.

Just a quick draw-over pointing out the Motion Tracking Look:

The red part of the vision has been tweaked in later versions than this image, but it is functionally the same.

bow Dude...that was both an incredible little art demo and an absurdly obvious solution to the moving box. Good job you guys!!! In Love
Edit: But can I ask who is making the stage maps?

An upcoming novel by me.

It was just a quick circle since I couldn't stand it that people already posted like 20 replies because they said they couldn't see the middle spy >.<

And ZedBlade is making the stage maps.

Technically, there's nothing to "fix" as we are creating everything from scratch Wink2

Len, it's good that they couldn't see the middle spy. That's the whole point. Big Grin

I saw on the PS forums that there was some debate around whether or not there should be just one weapon for the mercenary......at least before the thread got hijacked into a bunch of nonsense (you know the one I'm talking about).
So what was the verdict from the developers?: One weapon; or a rifle, uzi and shotgun?

An upcoming novel by me.

We're not implementing gameplay yet. So we haven't decided yet.

Don't worry, that doesn't mean we haven't made progress in that direction...
