Three touchdowns (one got downgraded very soon after, lost its tornado warning) all day, only one fatality in Weld County.

One tornado split the gap between Fort Collins and Greeley, about 30 from my house, but less than 3 miles from several of my friends.

The other one that got downgraded, went to the other side of Loveland and just dumped lots of hail (got some nickel sized ones at my house)

Not exactly a close call on my part like Johns was, but Windsor is literally just down the road from my friends house.

Yeah there are still tornado watches around the windsor area, which got hit pretty hard.

Apparently an odd day for weather all around. My dad says that Truckee and Tahoe got a couple inches of snow this morning.

In the end of May? Wow. We got a little rain today, but it cleared back up in no time. It's sunny and 20C+ outside right now.

There was a tornado even in Southern California today. This has been a record year for tornados with around 700 (the previous was like 669).

We don't get tornadoes where I live with the exception of dust devils and the smallest of tornadoes ever. I think the biggest one we had was like 6 inches in diameter and did like $200 worth of damage LOL. I'm so lucky to live where I do. Except for the occasional earthquake every 300 years (which we are over due for ) and a volcano here and there.

There was a tornado down in the Vancouver/Portland area a few months ago. That was a shock, seeing as tornados almost never form on this side of the [cascade] mountains.

Glad to hear you're alright, VT Out of curiosity, were there any trailer parks in the tornado's path?

No trailer parks, mostly just farm houses (most damage was to sheds and buildings with sheetmetal roofs, you know... tornado-shurikens) and some residential.

The one guy that got killed was in a camper near Greeley.
