Hey folks,

Long time no see. I guess social life has taken over and left me with no time to communicate with the good people around here anymore.
Last week or so I've been checking out this forum a bit but, I don't seem to see many of the oldies that were around 2 years ago or so.
Who is still here, and what happened to the rest?

As for myself, I'm really busy working and studying. Since a while I've been working for the dutch government. IT helpdesk. Which is great fun. I expected the government to be seriously strict and all. But it's actually fun. People joke all the time in the office here. So loads of laughing going on.
Next to this I have to find the time to pursue my studying plans. Which is why I hardly have any time left for myself. My lady has right to the time I've got for fun things.

Anyhow, I'll try and check around here more often.
For now, I'll speak to you people later.

Which is the reason 60% of all Dutch government IT-related projects FAIL or are way above their intended budgets.

The only positive side is that they pay enormous amounts for really low-quality websites used in campaigns. Like 15000 euros for a site which I can do better for 800 euros... stuff like that.

But still it's probably a nice job Good luck.

im still around also my son has taken up a lot of my time and he will be a year old in 12 days, my daughter comes home from byrain in 2 days and my older son graduates on fri.... have alot going on this month plus i have my 16th wedding ann. on the 19. !!!!!

All of the cool people are coming back, omgosh.
