How do I make a track a video so that I can view it using media player and.or put it on youtube?

The easiest way is to buy FRAPs. Then you can make videos of whatever length you desire. Just run the track with FRAPs recording. Next get VirtualDub (freeware) and use it for basic (very basic) editing the video file you created with FRAPs.
I dont want to buy FRAPS. So, how do I record it without FRAPS?
