no, its an Expansion pack, requires Lock on Modern Air combat installed.

There was a Lock On Gold Edition that had both the original Lockon and the Flaming Cliffs Expansion

well last night i got the demo loaded up and maxed out the graphics, looks increadable and no slow down.

anyway, i think i got a target aquired ONCE, but no were in the buttons, do they list how to fire a damn missle.
it was a single mission in a mig-29 with another single engine delta wing enemy jet.

could some one give me a step by step on what buttons to hit to aquire the target, get a lock, and fire a missle?

would be a HUGE help, thanks!

You need "fire weapon" "release weapon" "change weapon" and "lock target" mapped. Then if you're in a close-in fight, press "4", get the target in the circle on the HUD, then lock the target, then fire.

You should look through the controls and setup your stick and keyboard accordingly, and memorize what key does what.

that was the problem, i looked threw all 4 pages of button assignments on the demo and found no fire weapon or release weapon or anything even close.

i will try the tips you posted, and try to find the fire weapon button.

when you "change weapon" where does it tell you what your changing to? i saw no onscreen, or dash change when i tryed that button

You should see it in the HUD, bottom left or bottom right depending on the aircraft you are flying.
