This is a question that has burned in me ever since I discovered its use...

Question:
what view angle in LOMAC does ever1/any1 use?

Choices:
55 degrees
60 degrees
75 degrees
80 degrees and above

it is the degree angle you view your cockpit view. 60 is the default setting, where you see mainly the HUD and the top part of the cockpit. The higher the number you select, the wider and more you see of the cockpit's intruments, all the way down to the joystick itself. It would be like as you see it if you were sitting in it in real life.

Mine is set at 60, but I zoom in and out to much, so it doesn't matter to me.

No longer in the 169th, and happy to be out. Mods can you please remove the 169th from my name

Likewise, zooming in and out so much that the default angle is of no matter. I have edited so that I can zoom in further for when I am working air to mud.

Jeez, now you're asking Roll Eyes Did it so long ago I cant really remember.

Look for CockpitViewAngleMinimum (?) or something like that.

I think it is a file called view.lua or view.cfg or cockpit.lua in folder ...lockon\config\view

Sorry I cant be more specific, someone who can remember might be along shortly. Try experimenting yourself, just be sure to backup any files you mess with.....
