Is there a place we can go to get help on instaling these mods? I downloaded one for clouds and moon graphics update, but they are in .rar files and LoMan won't install .rars and I have no idea how to install them.

Just rename it to .zip
The moon mod is a loman file, if you have any problems, post at the Lomacfiles forum, so I can help you.  |

You should use this:

You have to be registered at Lockonfiles to register, then you can use the download option.
It is easy to register there - Username, email and password and you are OK. |
