how does the hoj system suppose to work? in the hoj system u lock on the targets jammer and fire. i know that the 120 is in passive mode and will go active to hit the target.(that's when the gets the alarm). someone please enlighted me. the hoj system from what i read in under cooked!!

The manual explains this fairly well.

When you are being jammed and if you are in BVR mode you will see a bunch of dashes in the hUD that are flashing and appear to be moving up and down in a crazy pattern-------Simply hit the TAB key and you will get a lock.

Go headon against a flight of B-52's and they will be trying to jam you.

The HOJ is undercooked alright ---it is so simple and easy it is almost unfair to the jamming aircraft.
