I just felt like making a poll.

Question:
Which do prefer: Ground Attack, or Air-to-air, or both.

Choices:
Ground attack
Air-to-Air
Both

 

...or neither. There are some who just do aerobatics, and yet others (eg Mizzy) who just like flying around in the Lockon-iverse.
Take all sorts of strokes for different folks.

As for myself, I say "all of the above".

I like A2A. I like it for a variety of reasons, but what I like most is the speed of a dogfight.
I can do bombing, but I hate it, I think the most G's I pull on an average bombing mission is about 5, that ain't much. To me if I ain't going mach 2 with my ass on fire, it just isn't that fun.

i must say, i do enjoy tearing through the caucuses at full burner.

I love flying very low and very fast

Air to Air fighting in a mountain range. OH YEAH!!

sneak attacks with IR.

Not that i'm very good at it, but whenever i get the chance to use IR instead of radar i'll gladly take it
