Im looking for some sort of US based LOMAC squadron. I'm not a dedicated gamer so I cant really do like all those tournaments and matches between squadrons. I just want an organized squadron, cuz im tired of the unorganized way the people fly on the UBI server. Oh yeah, I also use V1.02, and plan on buying FC soon.

I think it's in the game itself.. ubi button in there somewhere.. Never used it.

Hi Wags. I am fairly certain thre are no 1.02 based squads. You would need Flaming Cliffs and Hyperlobby. There are few more players on there than Ubi anyway. When you do upgrade you'll find there are quite a few good Lockon squads including the 169th  The RVE squad keeps a good up to date list here. http://www.reservoirs-elite.org/communications/viewtopic.php?t=1375You may need to register to their forum to view. |

Wags, stop by our website for all our Ventrilo info and hop on comms with us. We have a training syllabus, and several of our guys are either currently military or ex military pilots. We're pretty easy as far as structure goes, we do things with a democratic process. No supreme commander stuff.

um, im not sure how old this topic is but, I found a squadron before anybody even responded :P
I've joined the FEFS [Fourth Element Fighter Squadron] they run on V1.02 and have a TS server, but we've started to use skype now. Hey Ruggbutt, you make skins right? I'd like to but you'd be way down on the list. I'm swamped with doing the SIMMOD stuff as well as other projects that I've taken on.

Okay, well, is there some sort of tutorial that will tell me how to make my own skins? Cuz I've seen the skin templates within the LOMAC files, and I thought, maybe if I just take this template and paste this thing (the artwork I want on my wing) on its wing and put it back in the skin files, that maybe I'd have a custom skin. I'm not sure if that works or not, I haven't tried it yet.

Where can you download FC then? I just want to find somewhere that I can hone my skills, fly, and just have fun. Oh yea, what do you normally need (aside from Lomac and/or FC, joystick) to fly and fight on the internet? |

www.lockon.ru click on the British flag for English language register for the site, log in buy the add on. You may not be able to install it right away- they were forced to process orders manually a while back- don't know if it's fixed or not. Like I added waaaaay up in the thread, I've already found a V1.02 squad. They are called the FEFS.
