I have a track that i have some questions about.

There is nothing wrong with the track itself.

This little program is AWESOME .

I got shot down which i found suspecious by the way it went.
So i check TAC view and what do you know, the little bastard actually came RIGHT UP from UNDER me to shoot me after stalking me through the mountains for quite a long time

At first i was suspecious of course, but after checking this tacview track i was at ease. I just got owned badly :d . Haha ...

The question i had about another track i figured out myself. That was not so pretty but at least i know what happened.

If I think something is fishy I look at my tracks or tacview also. There is nothing wrong with that, that's how we caught people like the famous touch "n" go low flying guy, who also lands on roads.

Well the reason i checked the track because i got killed by an AIM120, and had heard absolutely no warning sounds whatsoever.

I did not make any accusations (that time) and i just asked the guy what had happened.

Appearantly RWR does not work for targets right under or above you. The warning only seems to work within a specific angle. I did not know this but tested it, and sure enough, when i climb steep enough all radar warnings go black .

I am a suspecious individual though :d .

I play other games online as well and you would not believe the crap that is pulled, especially with fps games. :-(

Yes Game_On, as indicated in the manual, 45 degrees for the F-15 and 30 for the Russian planes. It's not horizontally stabilized either, so if you bank 50 degrees and a missile is launched horizontally from you, you won't get a warning. Sometime you lose the warning while maneuvering your jet, yet the missile has not lost you.
