Has anybody got it yet? I'd like FC but I am a little skeptical about online buying/downloading. I'm sure I could find it on E-bay for like 10$.

I suggest you to get standalone FC in boxed version. I have found it is now on hand in ED (15 USD), SimWare (20 GBP) and RC Simulations (15 GBP) e-shops. Download version can cause some troubles with future re-installations.
