I set my B-1B to bomb a group of T-80, which has 8 units moving on the road toward some target. My B-1B can drops all its bombs, carpet bombing aline. But..... why does the B-1B always approach from the tail of the group no matter if I set the T-80s moving toward the B-1B? And why does the B-1B only bomb the leader of the T-80s and wasting all the other bombs with bombing nothing where in front of the tanks?

I found when I set the target (I choose the"OBJ")on the T-80s, the targets mark only been put on the leader of the T-80s, is that the cause of the problem? Or it is just a BUG like B-52H which can only drop two bombs and hit the leader of a group moving on the ground and flys pass them again and bomb again??

I don't know the the bombing mission is so hard to make althought the Bomber is stupid! stupid! stupid!

Because what you did was make a group of T-80 then select the B-1 to attack it. All you have to do is make ONE T-80, then add your B-1B (and have it target the T-80). After you've done that add the other 7 T-80's. That should work, if it doesn't then I don't know why your B-1 ain't attacking them all in one run.

As regards your B-52 problem, try making your own custom weapon load with bombs inside the bomb bay only (no weapons on the wing pylons) - most folks call it "internal iron only". I recall reading years ago that some folks found that this helped with B-52 attacks.

Having said that, I seem to recall that IronHand(?) demonstrated that you could get the B-52 to drop a full load without the internal iron only wheeze. Of course it was an age ago, so I cant remember how he did it.
