Yeah I just got a monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1200, only to find this game runs at a max of 1600x1200. *sigh* Add it to the list of amateur oversights in this game.

FullscreenViewportX=2560 FullscreenViewportY=1600 Found in default.ini and Splintercell4.ini... I'm not sure which ones makes the difference. -- My computer specs are too leet for your eyes --

That would be resolution of 2560 x 1600. Most LCD monitors will display a lower resolution than the native one if they need to.

I tried changing in both files and it didn't matter.
