in prison, after climbing up the pipe, then to the left to push himself up to the roof, he just falls down everytime. I've tried several times, but no luck. Is this a bug??
What do I do?? HELP!!!

if u already went to the computer rooms where u open the inmates doors u should continue going up and then enter an elevator on the floor where i think u get the unletheal shotgun. Press up in the elevator and u should get to the roof.

Keep pushing forward ('w') and/or shift?

anyway, I tried elevator, but it does not take me to the roof... should the elevator take me to the roof??? or climbing up the pipe??? maybe there is a another way??? which way???

ok, this is where I'm stuck, I took the elevator to the highest floor it can take. I got out from the elevator, turn left there is a broken window. Passing through the broken window, I climb up the pipe, reaching to the end of the pipe(nowhere to go), turning right is no good(within short distance there is a block), so I turn left, it's a corner to another wall. I move to the next wall, and then I just drop for no reason...why...

Did you push the jump key or the forward key?

tried both, W, or shift, and both keys....no luck, problem is I don't hang on the grip, once I moved to the wall(as shown on pic), I just fall down for no reason..by the way, is this the right path to the roof??

move away form the wall, then press shift

Is there no path to the right of the pipe?

I could go very short distance to the right of the pipe, and then block( no more path)...

Um... rather weird. It could be because his status is bad. Let him rest for a minute and try again.

i have the same problem on shanghi i get to the end of side of the building and just fall..i know im doing it right cuz i read a walkthrough....

fking game soo buggy i cant get past that bit cuz of it!

Wait.... I don't think it's the right path.
You should go into some small building on the roof to hijack the helicopter.

I must agree with moving away from the wall a bit more. If you're too close to a wall, Sam won't pull up. Also remember only the jump-key let's Sam pull up, no longer the 'forward' direction.

if you can't do the same, then there's a bug.
by the way, you ARE going to the right place.

That's not the way I went. There's another way - If you enter one of the small buildings, there's a ladder next to the lockers and you can take that up to the roof.
