hey guys

i have the first splinter cell for the pc and i love this game, it rocks!.

i finished it a while ago and the other day i decided to start playing it again but after i loaded up the cd there was a big problem.

The gameplay was speed up, in the real time cutscnenes and when i was playing. Sams movements are twice the speed they were before and also the guards have the same problem. This defanatly did not happen before.

what is wrong? is it the cd or is it something to do with campatability problems?

i had the same problem i think it is a difference in the time the data is processed and the time it is dissplayed so the movement and sound is out of wack or sam is on steroids go into the bios and see if your graphics card is set eg if it is a 512 card the bios defaults to 128 change it to 512 the second thing to change is your cpu if you have duell core in my case i have msi i ramped up the cpu from 0 up to major msi has military names so that is an increase of about 2.3vlts
