I have just defused the bomb on the final mission and it comes up on screen confirming objective completed (I didn't blow up ship, kill CIA guy or Lambert) then it just shows the view looking back to where Sam entered the level, Won't let me move or save or esc or do anything.

I run it on a Vista Home Premium setup and game is patched to 1.02a level. It has run OK, few bugs and save errors but nothing major and now...doesn't finish the game!!!!!!

Anyone any ideas?

Get the NoCD.exe fix and try and rerun the level.
As you know it does not purport to run on Vista so it will be a bit buggy. The .exe should fix the problem.
