Hi there,

I've been planning to make a storybased video from
the gameplay of Double Agent Versus Mode...
There are still some scenes that need to be discussed but I allready have a huge deal of them.
The fact is that this video is not just any other video... It's not going to be the recording of some random guys playing the game.

The meaning of this video is pure entertainment.
Scenes from random movies (but especially based on the Predator movie with Arnold Swarschenegger) will be copied in the gameplay and recorded with all possible assets available.

But there is a small problem... I need 4 players that are available on days with GMT +01:00 timezone. Also they need to have a descent computer so any kind of slowdowns (lag, disconnects or any other problems) could be avoided.

All persons who participate in this project will have there names displayed at the end of the movie and a special thanks for what it is that they did.

If you are interested in this project please contact me via e-mail or via MSN Live Messenger on ConneXion_DVA@Hotmail.Com

Also If you have any ideas for scenes or anything associated with this movie, feel free to contact me. You will have your name at the credits of the movie Wink

(I still need 3 Mercenary players and 1 Spy player)

Thank you very much

Well, i've played with lots of people who didn't made the game run slower because their system couldn't handle it... It worked out kinda well.
Players on PC, Ok i've seen not so many so far...
But more then enough to find those 4 persons.
They just need to hang on and listen instead of
"ready up or kick" kind of sentences...

If I had Double Agent for PC and a mic, I'd help you out Con. But Scworld is right, PC version of Double Agent has many technical issues. But if kicking is such a problem, simply host your own server. Find some friends on Xfire who actually care about what you're trying to do. A stranger is just going to say "wtf...noob..."

An upcoming novel by me.
Thanks Melonie for the sig!

Not really like that... they are interested sometimes... But they don't have the time to listen... The fact is that the singleplayer is bugged as hell... I agree. But the multiplayer runs quite well with the latest patch installed.
Found some guys, but they aren't online that much.

Why is that? What's wrong with it?

Two things:
1) No voice acting Frown
2) The script doesn't match the feel of the game. A merc encountered two spies without even fighting them.
We see the spies grab, but not fly around the map, like they do.
And this I got from watching half.

I know...
I was thinking about voice actors... But haven't found them... Also it might have made it real bad... If it's overacted.
Also the script wasn't supposed to represent the game as it plays. It's a (so called) story and the spies needed to be kind off a mystery during the video... That's why we needed to keep them off as long as possible... Making them practically invisible.

I like it indeed!
Nice script... In fact I was planning to make future videos from the Pandora Tomorrow or Chaos Theory game too.
First Double Agent has this time limit you can't turn off... Wich is very difficult to try making something like this. Second... In PT or CT you can change almost everything on the server... No time limit, Unlimited respawns, etc... So it would be better.
I like the movie a lot... And maybe i'll try looking for voice actors too next time. Wink
