It's been a while, but I felt kind of guilty I never finished the MySCDATweaker.
So, I stared this project this morning (and yes, it's already done).
I'm not going to say anymore, here's the readme file included:
MySCDACleaner v2.0 by Lennard Fonteijn
What is it?
MySCDACleaner will clean SCDA for you by removing all useless files Ubisoft Shanghai left behind.
This process could give you up to 3 gb of free space, maybe more.
Installation
Simply run MySCDACleaner.exe from everywhere you like.
Only make sure that the following files are in the same place as MySCDACleaner.exe:
- Default.ini
- SplinterCell4.ini
- SplinterCell4.int
- CleanupSystem.bat
Deinstallation
Simply remove the the files that came with MySCDACleaner. This program is totally standalone and doesn't require any
registry access, so removing it is just a matter of selecting and deleting.
FAQ
Q: A little window called "Bug Catcher" opened telling me to copy the error underneath it, so I did. What do I do now?
A: Post the errorlog in the MySCDACleaner thread, and I'll see what I can do.
Q: Do you give any support at all?
A: Ofcoure, I would be a lousy programmer if I didn't.
Q: Do you take any take any responsebility on what happens with my PC.
A: No, use this program at your own risk. Though, I can assure you it only affects the directory you selected.
Q: How about the tweaker you promised us?
A: When I started this project this morning, I found out new and easier stuff to tweak. You will hear more about it later.
Q: Do you have any file with tweaker information?
A: Yes, just read Options - SplinterCell4.txt. One for SplinterCell4User.ini will follow later.
Q: Is there any contact info?
A: Yes, but I prefer you post anything related to MySCDACleaner on the forum, this is easier to access and it
will let other people know they aren't the only one have a similair problem. If you want to contact me about something else,

Hehe, sorry for the wait, especially for those who were waiting soo long, I included a file which explains some of the graphical tweaks
My exams went fine. I had an A+/A- (in between really, Dutch grades xD), for English, a C for German (damn my teammate, now I have to do it again!) and a B- for History.
Though, I have another exam week (I got 6 of them ZOMG!) in 2 weeks...
I'm not sure if it will happen tomorrow or today (damn my important paper about the Euro which ahs to be done coming Monday), but I'm plannng to add a "Support", "Media" and "SCDA-Online" cleanup. Not a lot of work, only a lot of testing really...
Does anyone else also haves problems with the mipmapping going wrong in SCDA (when you start Iceland and just go under water, you become white and such, very scary really).

wont it corrupt the registry entries deleting a portion of the game (either SP or MP)? if you are able to do it you have to also make changes to the unninstaller, so it wont leave SP registry entries or fail to unninstall because it wont find the files.
Nope, I all tested that, no corrupted registry entries will be left behind and also your uninstaller won't error you on missing files.
If you look closely to the uninstaller, you see it eventually removes the whole SCDA directory, it doesn't even check if a file is still there.
It also shouldn't, because patches can remove files as well and it would be a big problem if the uninstaller would start to bug because of a patch that removed a .u file.
You could take the same settings as in the screenshot, besides the singleplayer options. Though, I recommend that you delete everything but the updater from the support options, you'll never know (HAHAHA LOL).
