I've killed everyone, set Jung to hack the computer and I've killed all the bad guys, I try to make my way up the stairs and the game ends, claiming I haven't killed Irena... I've done this numerous times... this is killing me... HOW ON EARTH, can I make it up the steps and get to one of the last checkpoints???? Cheat codes anyone??? I'm on the 360...
You might want to add "(360)" at the end of the title so the relevant people have a look, and the rest don't...
EDIT: On the PC version I don't hack the computer at the bottom, I go straight past it and up the stairs, then sneak past the window and get a checkpoint, reload the checkpoint and the door in front is mysteriously open...

(Xbox 360) I tried 'sneaking' past the glass windows and everytime, I get the "Failed to kill Irena"... I'm stumped... I kill all the 'bad guys', I make my way towards the steps and I still get the "Failed to kill Irena"... ARGH!!!
Not sure what I did differently from every othertime but this is what I did,
Set the hacker going and put the other one in amoungst the boxes that surround the computer station. Then just pop smoke and and thermal gogles, repeat until guy hacking says he has got it.
Not particually original ithers have recommended the same.
I just don't understand.... I tried the smoke grenades and once Jung gives the ok, I make my way up the stairs and I'm ready to throw a frag... and it comes up "Failed to kill Irena"... I'm stumped... Anyone else have any ideas???
You don't want to throw a frag... head past the window where irena is (stay low so she doesn't spot you) and through the door at the end... if you throw a frag at the window it'll just bounce back and kill you

Thats what I'm talking about.... I try to sneak up the stairs and bypass me telling Jung to hack the computer. The minute I crouch to walk slowly past the window (rather I've thrown a smoke grenade or not) the game ends... I then have tried having Jung hack the computer and then I make my way up the steps and the game ends then.... I'm stumped... I guess I move onto Rainbow Six 2... screw this dumb game and ending...
