After formating C: and restaring Myst V I find that all my girlfriends Myst V saved files are gone. Huh?

Then, I find out that saved games are kept on C:, and I have the gameinstalled on D:...
Great! All the saved games lost. She's been working hours and hours on this game, and as far as I can tell she was allmost at the end.

Any idea for what I shall do? Anyone know anyplace I can get a saved game copy so she don't have to start over?

heh - no - but I guess I would recommend finding out the last place she was and then finding cheats/walkthroughs and save the game at different points up until where she left off. You probably already know this but if she named the files she's gonna know you deleted them - and chances are she will anyway by where each leaves off.
