After completing all the Ages and getting to the end of the journey part of the game I wanted to go through all the possible end games. I saved my game after finishing with Laki'ahn before trying any of the end game options. To my horror, however, after running through option 1 (giving the tablet to Yeesha) I discovered that none the games I saved right after I arrived at Todelmer had the restore game or delete game options that appeared above and below the picture as the previous saved games did. Instead of getting the open hand icon when I placed the hand icon on the picture of these saved games I got the grayed out closed hand with pointing finger instead. I tried deleting the all the saved games prior to Laki'ahn thinking this would bump the remaining saved games up into restorable saved game slots (thinking there was a limit of how many games were allowed). No such luck. The remaining saved games still can't be restored. Unless there is a way to correct the problem so I can play the remaining end game options (including the "correct" one) I'm looking at having to replay the game almost from the start (I'd REALLY rather not)!!!

How did you delete all the saved games prior to Laki'ahn - from within EoA, or by going to \Program Files\Ubisoft\Cyan Worlds\Myst V End Of Ages\sav\Store1 and deleting from that folder?

I attempted the later except that I deleted from the Store2 folder, not the Store1 folder.

After trying this without success I gave upand simply uninstalled the game. I'll reinstall and replay the game again later.

As it turns out, I think the problem may have been due to a lack space on my C: partition. I hadn't removed Myst IV before installing and playing Myst V and the former's saved games along with the EOA saved game files took up almost all of the remaining space on my C: drive. By the time I got to the second Age in EOA I guess there wasn't enough space remaining to save the restore game info and only the picture got saved as a result By the time I got to the end game point of EOA I had less than 200 kb left on my C: drive (I took a LOT of pictures playing EOA, over 600)!

What upsets me is that both Myst IV or Myst V put their saved games folders on the C: drive without allowing the option for the player to specify an alternate location! Had I been able to put the saved game folders in the same partition I intalled both games in (and uninstalled Myst IV) this disaster would not have happened!
